At The Closing Touch, each item is thoughtfully selected and carefully packaged to ensure a delightful experience. Due to the nature and the personal touch on our gift boxes and gift baskets, all sales are final.
Please Note:
We do not accept returns, issue refunds, make exchanges or cancellations. In the event that an item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery to have the opportunity to make it right for you. Business hours are from 8am to 4pm CST. Mon - Fri, excluding holidays.
This includes gift sets, gift baskets and gift boxes.
We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions and details before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about an item before ordering, please reach out to us.
Gift Shop:
We offer returns on items purchased through the Gift Shop ONLY within 15 days of shipment of items. Product must be unused and in original packaging. Reach out to us at info@theclosingtouch.com and we will happily initiate that return.
